Someone is washing the price down-the-toilet. From a manipulated open price (1.70) to the current low-of-the day 1.47. The lower the PPS, the greater chance of a reverse split. How can Leo raise capital with a PPS floating barely above 1? Also, the continued pounding by law firms make this stock unattractive to most.
