Dtcc would have no motive??? What? It is a known fact they short ,,, loan loan shares, drive prices. And all the broker's in the dtcc work together. Just for instance. If they are nss a stock and the price is not where they need it to be they loan shares to each other to start the clock over and over. On fail to deliver . funny aaàa. And if you and some others don't know that's how it works. Then may I suggest working as a broker or doing some DD on how Penny's are played.
