Why, slojab, the Waffer slew 6,545,207,089 Outstanding Common shares with a mighty blow of the 1/2500 RS zayin*, reducing** shareholders holdings to an estimated 2,618,083 shares. Possibly less if one of those convert-the-CEO/CFO's-shares-to-preferred-before-the-split took place, and I'm not 'zayin' it did, but Preferred Shares have increased from 35,675,010 (Q2) to 53,178,001.
The "as of Oct 2" Issued/Outstanding Common share count of 60,812,072 suggests that Aluf has issued approximately 58M shares post RS to somebody or other.
*zayin - dat's Hebrew for "sword."
** I would have used the word "decimating" here, but technically, "one in ten" would underestimate the impact to the average shareholder.
