The paper from Dr. Korn did have a lot of big words which may have given an appearance of delays to those that do not understand the science.

It was actually an intelligently written description of what their function will be for trials and quite detailed. Dr. Korn would not have taken the time out of his life to write about a trial that was not going to happen. No one risks their reputation for an OTC just for money. They can get that money from a large pharma. Which, PMCB will soon be (or part of one).
