I think the problem with DSCR is the money they made in Canada they paid taxes on up there and do not have to report to US and taxes are cheaper. The US goverment is setting up new laws to stop companies from doing just this,why do you think they want to go to Africa its even harder to track. Just to give you a story and this move works for the little guys like DSCR.
