woke up late, getting caught up (being a west coast trader is rough sometimes..)

Help me understand. Vanis said vitaminfizz was too expensive and that they were intent on aquiring a cashflow positive brand. Now they buy 100% of vitaminfizz?? Seems like a big disconnect, what am I missing?
