You're right though it doesn't make any sense as to why VNDM is not moving down to 5. If he did, lots of people would dump into him at 4.

He must be afraid of too many people buying from him at 5 and he doesn't want to sell shares all that much IMO. I believe he's more interested in buying shares on the bid
