I dont even think they had a merger in the works. This griffin and manos fighting over the shell and they needed capital to screw over debts they owed. Manos needed his medical treatment and griffin wanted a vacation.
I bet if someone could be a fly on the wall the merger deal fell through and stayed dead since last spring. The press release in July was a big fat lie and illegal.
