My only first hand experience with a Tarball was on the beach in Florida wading after dark while a flagged tanker was pumping it's bilges after dropping off another load of crude. Took hours to get the mess off my legs and shorts. Petrozene would have made the dumping unnessecary.

Working with Coast Guard to mandate bilge cleaning with Petrozene.
