He served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer Compliance Systems Corp. Prior to joining Compliance Systems in 2001, he devoted himself full-time to his accounting practice and has over 40 years of experience in public accounting. He has served as Chairman of Barry M. Brookstein & Associates since 1996. He served as the Chairman of Compliance Systems Corp. since November 23, 2010 and has been its Director since 2002. He has been a Director of Organic Alliance, Inc. since February 2011. He has served as a Director and Officer in numerous other companies in the consulting, human resource and retail industries, and as Managing General Partner in real estate and oil and gas limited partnerships. Mr. Brookstein is a graduate of Pace University.
