Trip, so you think FD would have played along all this time if Solomon has not made some allowances to attract institutional investors. Recall that FD and Solomon had a rocky beginning and FD specifically spoke of this in the last conference call and that they are aligned now. Recall also that FD is soon to be a director. Why the hell would Solomon make him a director when he knows A shares and institutional ownership is such a big deal. Why would FD say he has no problem sleeping at night when it comes to Oslo. Why would FD say that you would be attracted to a private placement at 6X EPS prior to be listed on the Oslo exchange. Why would Bertil go into so much detail of what remains to be done in due dil. for the Oslo listing. So in summary, why would they dig themselves a nice lawsuit with all these confident building statements if they didn't feel Oslo was near and institutional investors would come on board.

What I have problems with is the do nothing board members that need to go. They haven't produced, they haven't supported the stock and all they have done is collected their fees. Time to go. Believe me when my vote counts one for one and hopefully that day will come, they will not get my vote.
