Excellent analysis of HCTI. Corporate deals are fluid with their own DD in mind. From how I observe latest on HCTI:
An F500 company has expressed serious interest in a licensing deal. There was no deadline, but rather a timeframe for entering into such transaction. Details for closing an agreement are being worked out by the lawyers. So relax on the whole end of September goals. Make sense now? All IMHO
