You do know that the one-time 'regular quarterly' dividend was paid for with a FLOORLESS CONVERTIBLE NOTE IN ALMOST THE EXACT AMOUNT OF THE DIVIDEND AND SOLD THREE WEEKS BEFORE THE DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE.

So who's 'fault' was that? Paying a dividend and claiming it is being paid ~OUTT of non-existent profits when in fact it was financed by a floorless convertible debenture is not an 'error' or 'mistake'.

That's premeditated, planned fraud. No two ways to slice it.

Calling UPSCALED files made by upscaling compressed HD resolution source files and claiming it is "4K content" is also FRAUD. It is compressed HD content ("100 movies on one disk" according to WireTransfer Taylor at the SHNM") that any smart 4K TV can automatically upscale. UF doing the upscaling does nott make the content from a compressed HD source file "4K content". That's bullsheet. That's FRAUD. Selling a product that is mismarked. mislabeled, and misleadingly advertised.

And yett, that's exactly what UF (NTEK) is doing.

Fraud on top of fraud on top of 60,000 NP-1s with "thousands have been shipped into the retail channel" FRAUD.

And the founder and de facto CEO and Chairman DaFoleyFelon™ is currently in Federal prison in Taft serving a sentence for multiple convictions for fraud.

The entire company is nothing butt fraud from start to finish, from topp to bottom.
