Maestro - I am into HDY, although a far smaller position than my ERHE position. They are pretty close to having things sorted from what I have been able to gather.

I wouldn't say they are fighting to hold on to their rights. Kent, the HDY CEO met with the US Ambassador and the President, Conte. A letter authorising the signing of the PSA's was signed by the former minister of the mines. There has just been a government reshuffle and HDY executives have just met with the new minister of the mines.

The PSA signings should be a formality from here.

I will be adding to my HDY position early next week if my plan with DKGR works out as expected on Monday / Tuesday.
