I think the jurisdiction takes precedence in this case, with what has now been addressed.....

Remember before the second legal team left the defendants table, they argued to drop the jurisdiction claim and if it was dropped, they would then back off on their complaint,....LLOLs
Here's what I can't understand, while in the courtroom the defendants NEVER opposed the motion...
Doesn't that seem odd????.
With what is at stake the defendants NEVER challenged the plaintiffs on that motion!!.
Maybe we can get someone from the defendants side to answer that question and maybe not!!.
