I am new here to this message board and am very pleased to find intelligence and interesting messages.

I totally agree with you! I also sent an e-mail with the question of a possible delisting for trading at below $1 to Banro Ivestor Relations some time ago, they replied that they were not aware of such procedure.

"... In answer to your inquiry, we are not aware of any $1 listing rule and we are under no threat of being de-listed from the NYSE MKT exchange.
