The the total number of issued and outstanding PPCH shares are up over 400% in less than 1 year. If PPCH keeps issuing shares at the same rate it's been issuing shares this year, a year from now PPCH would have over 1.4 Billion shares. All this equity dilution is eroding PPCH's share structure from within. Things might look ok on the surface but PPCH's equity dilution rotting away PPCH's equity under the surface. PPCH's PPS is going to just rot away under the shear volume of dilution.
