We seem to have a perfect buying situation here. Our new CEO, who appears to be very credible, has stated NWAV has no toxic debt and will not resort to toxic financing in the future. Furthermore, he has publicly said that our SS (AS, OS and float) will not change for at least the next 3 months. Float is only 232M! Add to that we have an exciting new product we are rolling out that could be huge and we are doing it with quality partners!

The only reason we have this opportunity to be at this amazingly low level is that needed money was raised via dilution earlier this summer. Some savy traders took the risk to buy shares even cheaper than todays price and are selling them now at a nice profit. While it feels like dilution it is only the effect of previous dilution. That is done with but has given us this opportunity to get in on the ground floor of this exciting new direction for NWAV!

With such a small float and so many exciting announcements imminently coming these flippers will soon be done and the SP will rapidly rise to it's fair value. IMHO
