There is a huge difference between 'knowing' and 'hoping'.
I'm certain that Jack is hoping for EVTI pps to go NORTH, but at this moment no one can know for sure if that will happen and if it happens - how fast it will happen? Next year? Maybe, 2017 or even after...So, quarter million dollars (of Jack's money) can stay locked in the shares that he owns for quite some time...and there is nothing wrong with some waiting time if the final result is guaranteed success, but, as we all know: Nothing in life is guaranteed except ...you know what (hint: I didn't meant TAXES.)
