The 29 shareholders raised their $500,000 by selling TMMI stock....
Everyone got greedy and tried to rip off TMMI and its 8,000 shareholders by stealing the code....

Now that TMMI's 8,000 shareholders have proper representation and the company has competent management the problems of the past have been cleared up....

TMMI owns 100% of DFI and 100% of the fractal code....
It was and still is TMMI's code, in all over $40,000,000 was spent on it and the hybrid codec....
