Thanks, I appreciate hearing others opinions. I bought a small amount today. Things that still bother me are:

-200,000 yearly CEO salary when the company revenues are 80,000 a year. What happens when they're bringing in 350,000? Will his salary become 600,000/yr?

-gagged TA. Can't figure out where preferred shares lie and who owns what, let alone how much dilution is happening.
