I mean if i bought 1 million at .0001 6-21,, and this penney goes to .0010 tommorow i'd have a thousand if i could sell em'' but what about the pre 15th shares,,,are thees shares stopped from trading???? 451,000,000 shares have traded since then,,,,,"

May or may not be. But possibly, it will go to 0.001 after the number of shares is reversed split to 10:1. Thus, you may not lose or gain money but you will not get the debentures for your purchase. I could be wrong though.
