Take it a step futher: It is october 2006 and we are in profitable production on both oil and gas......CB and the board are in discussions about the BDC form.....do they stay with that form of organization and then distribute the profits to the shareholders? Is that required? Do they change to an ordinary corporate structure? It will be fun to watch this company develope as the balance sheet turns profitable.
