I like it and I wasn't going to wait since I was running out the door. I will say I was nervous that it would taste like the vitamin water over sweet and you can tell their is no nutritional value or benefit, the punch tastes like what I expect out of a supplemental drink but with a punch/cherry flavor. I will say my normal lower back tightening up didn't happen tonight which happens anymore when I play sports and that is all I was really hoping for. I may hold long now that I have this on hand and hope to be able to purchase more I only got one case.
