that's precisely my point. (chuckle,chuckle)

There was no ponzi scheme, there was no manipulation, there was no wrongdoing, because current uspr management cancelled the deal (rightfully so) before the previous uspr management could profit from it. no shareholders were hurt. no investor lost money.

sec has actual ponzi schemes and actual shareholders that were actually defrauded that they need to investigate. they will not waste one second doing "leg work" for a situation where no shareholder lost money from previous management.
