"I didn't buy mine from Big Lots. I ordered three separate times off DNA's website between Jan of this year and May to pay full price and support the company.

At the time, they shipped and filled every order."

I don't doubt you for one second. I personally bought cans of DNA at a number of retail stores last year.

However, the September 9th filing clearly stated that DNA Brands is now out of inventory, has no financial means to produce additional inventory, and the company is now essentially dormant. The word "dormant" is specifically the word that DNA used to describe the current condition of the company.
