The REAL "WHY" it surged is that investors are either gullible sheep led by every so-called "article" like in this reactive Motley Fool piece OR they are shorting it like some here and are happy to kill the investment of those in it for the long haul -- because biotechs are notoriously heavy on R & D and cash burn, never mind that they might cure their mama's or their own cancer some day.

So it's almost $2.00 one week then down to $1.34 the next and now back in the middle, whoop-de-do. Not...

I DO agree that the company hurt investors by the public offering which was lower than the PPS at the time and has given investors reason to be skittish, would help if they came out with a statement that they don't plan to do it again at least not in the near future/ this year whatever timeframe...
They clearly felt they had to assure investors they would stay in cash for foreseeable future, at this point at least 2-3 years barring any other developments but by then NeuVax etc. should be profitable and I'm sensing in my gut like many others, s/thing BIG...

Really hoping for some overnight news that there is a merger- acquisition in the works that will burn the shorts so bad they won't recover...karma's koming JIMHO. :)
