Jeff. I no longer got finished with my last post when Continental called me back and said it appears that all the CVR's have been allocated. I told him mine had not and said perhaps Scottrade is the problem since no one here mentioned them showing up in a Scottrade account. He is now checking with a supervisor and will call me back.

I just now heard back from this gentleman and he told me that Scottrade is well aware that the CVR's are to be allocated but have not done so. I will contact Scottrade once more and see what is up.

So if anyone here, using Scottrade or any other broker has not been allocated CVR's in their accounts, I would say the time to start working on getting that done is now, not after they become active.
