Too funny! Do you even know what a 3rd world country is? There is no such terminology since invented in WW2 and abandoned in the 70's.

NEWS FLASH! Mexico is considered a "Developing" country. USA is "Developed", Mexico is "Developing".

2nd NEWS FLASH! Corona stores with Comerci-On banking are LOCAL. Electric companies are regional.

Many Mexicans WALK to the local stores and take busses to supermarkets, gas company, electric company etc.
