Clare,give me a break.Last Thursday they released a pr which stated that they will discuss which assets and operations will be transferred into the new company and that all HISC shareholders of record as of June 29 will receive a dividend in the new company.This was false and misleading.You shouldnt try to defend this type of action.I am just as long as you are because I believe in the technology.But before on this board everyone was constantly talking about how standup a guy FM was and they were all wrong.You dont have to answer back that if I am not happy "then I can sell my stock".If you are not bothered by what happened, then good for you.But I know that alot of us feel like we were deceived.
