Why bother educating people. It is same theme in most of these pinks.

They are in business of selling shares that it. Announcing a buyback and at the same time raising the AS/OS. Most of the filings are so far behind that they investors don't find out until 6 months to 1 year later.

Let em buy and they blame shorty, the sec and congress next year.
