Lehman owns 7,307,612 shares or 47.5 percent. He purchased 4,869,075 shares at $2.00 per share as the Standby Purchaser in a $17.8 million rights offering completed on 5/11/12. He also holds warrants to buy an additional 2,434,537 shares at $2.00.
