How do you spell FRAUD? AQUEOUS SERVICES, of course!

On November 16, 2012 the Company entered into a Company Agreement of Aqueous Services, LLC ("Aqueous"), a Texas limited liability company, with International Aqueous Investments, LLC and Pajarito W&M, LP. Aqueous is a joint venture between the Company and the two aforementioned parties, whereas the Company owns a 33.33% interest in Aqueous.

BUT:
1. Not a penny in sales or profits ever reported.
2. fsnr partners Aqueous Investments, LLC and Pajarito W&M, LP don't seem to exist anymore. At least there are no company officers listed in any public documents.
3. Location of Aqueous services is said to be 2200 CR 458 in Wilson County, Texas 78143 according to :
Eagle Ford Shale News
The problem is that the address doesn't seem to exist!!! (source: Google Maps).
And check out the pic of those water? tanks. The Aqueous signs are obviously photo-shopped.

I hear the SEC and FINRA knocking...
