Hi-Just upgraded to premium service but can't access any of the upgrade features. Do I have to have a NEW pw? I prefer to keep my existing pw if possible. Can someone check it out for me and tell me why I can't access features? I paid Am Exp--but nder tools, shows I still have a "free" account.
