if so irony where are the revenues or royalties? What is the amount of royalties to be paid?

Is it a penny per item ,unit or what....Ball simply won't say.

I'm surprised kOLLSMAN HAS LET THIS GO. Ball claiming royalties and trying to use Kollsman to sell his stock.
