Thanks for sharing that. ~3.5mg/bottle is actually not that bad but that's only if we assume it makes it past the stomach for absorption.

I have not been drinking this chilled and would recommend against it as cold water cannot be readily absorbed by the body. It must sit, wait, and warm up so the nearby capillaries can enlarge again.

Again, if you consider these things then the content is not bad at all, as Insecurious has already pointed out.
