Mr O'Malley's quote "shot a cross the bow" could land him in very hot water. ED should be contacting the SEC to complain about the intimidation and attempt to manipulate the stock price of MYEC. If there were an investigation, mr O'Malley could not comment on it publicly. So why is he following and commenting?
