I'm not much on charts in the OTC, but I like the track record of management.

What do you like about their track record ?

Several shells gone into the dark, while the Private company owned by the same management is being ran in the public shell space owns the app assets, multiple Reverse Splits, this has been going on for 5 years......so tell me about the track record that makes this a winner ?
