Macugen is administered locally, not systemically. Ditto for Lucentis, VEGF-Trap from REGN, Sirna-027 from RNAI, Bevasiranib from Acuity Pharma, and AdPEDF from GNVC, among others. GENR is the only company working on a systemically administered treatment. Regards, Dew
