On the flip side of your interpretation, is it possible this person is considering investing in this POS (point of sale) stock or giving it a critical public eye on behalf of friends?

How many IP investigators do their work openly on LinkedIn? If there is no assigned work from his employer (DOJ on behalf of taxpayers), he needs to choose his words carefully to avoids ethics complaints. Public and personal investigation without an assigned project from DOJ using his guv title is not cool.

Is one of his 500 LI friends associated with Zippy's IP attorney? We are close to the trial.

Hope he reads the Form 10.
