This Thomas O'Malley thing does not sit well with me. If true, who at that level of the justice department publicly makes that kind of challenge? Is that a threat? Is it meant to intimidate a small company that is stepping on the toes of the banking system? Ask yourself who wants MYEC to not make it? Something smells fishy with that comment!
