How convenient that what gets left out is that the other 3 companies AZN did a deal with came with exclusivity clauses and Peregrine's partnership did not. When is the last time a BP gave away their lead I/O drug for free and let that small cap company run the trial at the same time? My only argument is what this company now has bet it's life on and it's 22 months in. Plenty of FUD. The difference it ain't going to work this time. At this point, Bavi either works or it doesn't and a partnership or no partnership is going to change that fact.
