Bottom line, PPCH lives to fight another day. Financing is the greatest obstacle for start ups, and mngt has secured the capital needed to continue on. With efficacy results at the threshold, positive results will open the vaults for additional financing. PPCH continues to avoid excess dilution, and to gain access to needed funding...Like Yogi said, "it aint over till it's over" and it definitely ain't over yet! Positive news is going to propel PPCH I believe very soon back to test recent highs!
