Regardless, the folks at Abattis were clueless about this major aspect of the licensure process according to a source close to the situation at the end of last year. Their applications never progressed any further. They have not even begun to make any of the necessary improvements to any of their supposed locations. Furthermore, are you aware of what happens to an application if any of the principals of the organization change? It basically goes to the back of the line.
