Red Cloud,just as Jersey added a million shares this past month to trade out at .05,I was doing about the same thing.Jersey had stated in 1 of his posts that HISC would be above .05 before the cc and I agreed with him.My intentions were not necessarily to hold for the dividend but I felt that because of Actsoft the pps would move up signifantly after the cc.I thought that the pps only went down because of the cancellation of the first cc.All I was trying to say in my last post was that it was very unethical to pr on Thursday that the record date had not changed when in fact they knew otherwise.Very dishonest!!!!
