Agreed Paul but we collectively need to send a message to the BOD right here! The issues that will affect the PPS are already in motion and from here until 2017 there is not much THEY need to do! It's all in the hands of the lawyers now.
I say we cut Mr. Pearlman loose and vote no for the reverse split as well as vote NO on the warrants/stock increase. Vote NO on BOD compensation.
This has to stop! And now is the time to show our collective displeasure!
I hope all stockholders vote no for all of this but the bean counters ( can't remember the firms name).
