Hi Admin(s),

I've been banned for the past year. Over that time I've reflected on my transgressions and have worked hard to become a better person. I want to first and foremost apologize to all of you for the bad names I've called you and the venemous thoughts that have entered my head.

In light of this rebuilding I've gone through, I'd like to appeal my ban and suspension and show you all the man that I have become.

If not, I understand.
