You need to think of the grey market as an opportunity - less competition.

If Level 2 existed, it would most likely show NITE offering $.78 per share. How do I know? It would be me.

How much would you pay today to receive something the range of $1.60 to $1.80 by the end of the year per Olmstead? Feel free to raise the bid.
