CAYO, I still don't know how you do not get the bid/ask buying process. Your 2's did not get filled because your order was most likely last in line to get filled. In other words, if there is 50 mil on the bid and you put in a bid for 1 mil then your order won't get filled unless the first 50 mil gets filled first. You can't expect it to get filled when there is little to no volume. If you want it to move up the list then have an order that does not expire and it may takes many days of bid sitting.
