I'll try to keep this short and sweet for you. When buying a stock I weigh the potential risk against the potential reward. All of the concerns you constantly bring up are VALID AND TRUE, that's in large part the the reason the pps is sub penny. Having said that, the risk factor here is that the CEO is full of it and the cd's mature in 4 months from now, sending the pps spiraling downward. The potential reward is the chance that The CEO really does have a way to get traditional funding to pay off notes and continue to grow the business, in which case Gnpt can feasibly reach 10 cents plus in due time. Oh and by the way, as it goes in trading high risk penny stocks I'm prepared to lose my entire investment if I wind up betting completely wrong. I can only speak for myself but I would imagine most shareholders here feel similarly.

Also, since you seem to take it as a personal affront that shareholders on this forum are primarily interested in talking mostly about the positive potential of Gnpt and not so much about the negative potential which you insist we discuss. I'll say this, unless your shorting a stock, people buy stock based on how POSITIVE catalysts may send the pps higher. Hence it makes perfect sense for the shareholders who follow this board to want to discuss only the positives because that's why they are shareholders. I hope I'm making some sense....this forum is not meant as a place to do proper DD on your investments, so if anyone gets "suckered" in to buying because they read the posts on this board and therefore weren't aware of the negatives then that's their problem.

In short, your points are all valid and we all are well aware of them. We just don't talk about them because we already factored in those risks when we bought or decided to continue to hold Gnpt.

I hope that helps and good luck Joe
